Is a Presa Canario a bad dog to have if a person has allergies to certain types of dogs and cats? Game mods are purely ways of hacking/editing games in order to change things. As with most files on a computer, someone could put a keylogger or something in to them. But most of the time; that is not the case.
If you download a legit mod and scan it, you have nothing to worry about.
